Hack the Hood is a non-profit organization based in Oakland, CA that teaches low income youth website development skills. This 6-week intensive bootcamp focuses on both teaching the youth as well as using these skills in the real world. The first part is a training camp in which the youth quickly learn website coding skills, and the second part is a real world application in which the students get paired with a local small business to code their website. Our client, Collette Hanna, is looking to bring the organization to South Los Angeles, but needs to define the process of recruiting both sponsors and small businesses to be involved in the program. We will work with her to determine the most efficient process for implementation of Hack the Hood in South Los Angeles.

Sonya spoke to your client
"The to-be is definitely a help. However, its more like an outline and there's not enough meat on the bones. A lot of N Calif isn't applicable down here and they won't give us stuff. Would love example emails, scripts, templates be helpful. These would be very helpful. Provides meat on the bones."
Maybe you could do the templates in Snappii so its available through her mobile? Maybe create a list of people she could contact?
I can't access anything in this playbook
