1. Are we able to add onto a play that the client added? Each Play can only be edited by the original author (i.e. owner) of that Play. If you're not the owner, you can either a) add a comment in the Playbook where the Play is found, or b) add a Play of your own. The logic is that JoinIN is a collaboration tool that allows you to collect and share/crowdsource all kinds of different items (like text that you can type in a Play, files you can upload including text, images and video, and URLs), but is not intended for co-creating those individual items because there are already many other tools available to do that (like Google Drive). The power of JoinIN is in building your playbook by creating, sharing, and borrowing plays, sometimes from people that you may not even know!
2. Are we suppose to upload plays onto our DSO Group 5 Playbook or the Wonder Women Tech Playbook (where Lisa added everything)? Yes and Yes -- Anything that you create, you should first create it as a Play in your own DSO Group 5 Playbook, where your student Group can see it, comment to it, or add Plays of their own to help you. Once you're happy with a Play, you simply add it to your client's Playbook. Of course, you need to make sure your client has added you to their Playbook as a teammate. In your case, I see that the Wonder Women Tech team has added you to their Playbook, so you are all set.
The name of the software we found is Hubspot CRM. It's created by Google and completely free. It has great functionalities and we believe it covers all the necessities of WonderWomenTech. When you have time, we just need you to take a quick look at the website so we can talk in more detail about what you like about it and what not. I remember that you said that one of the big problems is keeping track of all the clients and where you are in the process with them. Hubspot CRM has great solutions for that and many other things.
Furthermore, in order to begin working in the business process model, we need to know in detail how sponsors, exhibitors, and strategic partners go through the process. I would be really helpful if you could at least post some general points and then we can go through them in more detail when we meet.

Brief explanation of our critical thinking
Current As Is: All current and potential sponsors are forwarded to the founder of Wonder Women Tech, where she then utilizes Google drive as a platform to organize and track the recruiting process.
Issues raised: This process is unstandardized and time-consuming. Business need: effectively and efficiently track and organize sponsors
Requirement Gathering Techniques:
We divided up the system’s requirements into functional and nonfunctional. The functional is what the system must do and the nonfunctional is how the system should behave/perform. Using the requirement gathering techniques listed above, we found the system requirements to focus on managing contracts and invoices and maintaining appropriate contact with sponsors. In addition to secure and low-cost, we determined that the process must be cross-functional and standardized for other team members to use. This system design is an iterative process. We welcome your feedback on the content of this system request form.
