Oops. Clients are NOT expected on campus until March 20th. So sorry for confusing everywhere!
Students, please be sure and schedule a time to meet with the client to discuss your to-be and System Request Form individually with you. So, by March 20th, we'll have a more developed to-be model.
I sent an email to everyone on this playbook about Monday 3/6. If you didn't get it, here's what it said:
On Monday, March 6th, we will have a Huddle in Bridge 8, which is 2 stories BELOW where we met last time.
The students have been working hard to complete 2 drafts by Monday: 1) what we call a System Request Form which describes your high level business requirements, your business need, the business value from meeting these requirements, and any constraints they need to be aware of. This is why they have been asking you lots of questions and drawing an As-is business process: to make sure that they can prepare this correctly. At 4pm, they will share it with you to get feedback. 2) what we call a DRAFT to-be process. This is where they will take a part of your as-is process and share their thoughts on how the to-be could look, usually with some technology involved. They will be sharing that with you on Monday as well to get your feedback. We look forward to seeing you; I'll provide coffee and cookies again to "entice" you to come! :)
For Students: Only client coordinators are required but this brainstorming session with the clients will be helpful to the entire team so if you can spare the time, please come as well (and participate in the cookies and coffee!)
Please see a new feature where you can select My Playbooks, My Plays, and My Huddles, directly from the navigation bar at the top of every page.
You did exactly the right thing to add a comment here for me. I'm changing the room now.
FYI since I had created the original Play, only I can modify the Play directly (it's like a post). The comment feature allow anyone to do what you just did. If you had another piece of information or a knowledge asset, you'd add it as your own play to the playbook.
I know it's a bit confusing. We've been selected as the project for a top notch team from GA to improve our UX/UI. They may contact you as one of our key users to get your feedback. We look forward to the feedback and improving the UX/UI to match the awesome functionality of the platform!
I tried to modify the Play: USC Program dates and agendas but it doesn't appear to let me. The locations of the three huddles from 4-6pm are now Bridge 8 (which is in the basement).
